Tourism Tamworth offers an Event Support Program, an assistance based program that works to develop and establish new and emerging events across the region.

Assistance is provided in way of Marketing and Media Support. This may include but isn't limited to conduct on-ground research, advertising on television, radio or newspaper, the development and distribution of media communications and/or promotional collaterol development and distribution

The Event Support Program invites applicants to apply for assistance twice annually. Applicants should be the organisers or co-ordinators of Tamworth Region events and will need to attend a scheduled work-shop prior to their application being reviewed and presented to the Board of Tourism Tamworth.
