2007 Tamworth Country Music Festival survey competition - Terms & Conditions
1. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these conditions of entry.
2. The Promoters are Tourism Tamworth, Cnr Peel and Murray Streets, Tamworth, NSW, 2340 (“Tourism Tamworth”).
3. Employees, and their immediate family, of the Promoters, their related bodies corporate, their associated agencies and companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.
4. Competition commences Friday 19 January 2007 and competition closes Sunday 28th January 2007. Eligible Entrants will be automatically entered into a random draw from all the valid entries received during the Promotion Period. The Prize Draw will be held at Tourism Tamworth, Cnr Peel and Murray Streets, Tamworth, on Friday 2nd February 2007 at 10am. Tourism Tamworth for the purposes of verifying and facilitating the prize draw.
5. The Promoter takes no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate information supplied via your written survey entry. It is the responsibility of entrants to provide clear, correct and accurate contact details, including address and postcode.
6. Any change in the value of the prizes between the publishing date and the date prizes are claimed is not the responsibility of the promoter/s.
7. The winners release the Promoter from any and all causes of action, losses, liability, damage, expense (including legal expenses) cost or charge suffered, sustained or in any way incurred by the winner as a result of any loss or damage to any physical property of the winner, or any injury to or death of any person arising out of, or related to, or in any way connected with the Promoters or the prize.
8. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash and cannot be taken as cash. Winners must take the prizes as given.
9. Prize winners will be notified by mail and their Prize will be posted to the address provided on the address provided
10. In the event of a promoter other than Tourism Tamworthcancelling any event related to this prize, Tourism Tamworth cannot be held responsible.
11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected mail.
12. No Subsequent Prize Draws will be conducted. No correspondence will be entered into and the Promoters’ decision as the judge, on any aspect of the competition is final and binding on all participants.
13. All personal information will be collected, used and disclosed in accordance with the Promoters’ respective Privacy Policies to enable the Promoters to administer this promotion and its Prize winners. The Tourism Tamworth privacy statement may be viewed at http://www.visittamworth.com.
14. Accommodation provided is based upon two (2) bedrooms provided in a private home hosted leased residence by Tourism Tamworth. A bond may be required for security if Tourism Tamworth feels it necessary. A tenancy verification check may also be undertaken prior to access to the property. The accommodation is based on three (3) nights being the 18th, 19th and 20th of January 2008. The accommodation is non-transferable.
15. Flights will be provided for two (2) adults flying Sydney to Tamworth departing Sydney on the morning of the 18th January 2008 and departing Tamworth on the 21st January 2008. These flights are non-transferable flights and exact departure and arrival times will be made available to the winner by the 1st December 2007.
16. Ticketed performance won will include the 2008 Tamworth Country Music Festival Opening concert for two (2) adults plus two (2) tickets to the evening performance at the Toyota Country Theatre performance on the 19th January 2008. These tickets are non-transferable or refundable.

Information collected when you purchase from visitorcentre.com is used to charge your credit card and deliver your booking confirmation electronically. We may also contact you about your stay for customer service purposes or to make any changes or cancellations to your booking.

We will use your address, email address and/or telephone number to contact you when you submit a question or suggestion.
Who We Share Your Information With
www.visittamworth.com does not disclose any information about customer bookings to anyone except in the following circumstances:
• Accommodation suppliers
www.visittamworth.com provides the guest name, telephone number, address and email address for each booking made to the relevant accommodation supplier. Our accommodation suppliers require this information for the booking and if they need to contact you about the booking. Although visitorcentre.com offers accommodation from reputable accommodation suppliers, we have not placed specific limitations on these suppliers from using or disclosing your information without your permission. Therefore, we encourage you to review the privacy policies of any suppliers whose accommodation you purchase on www.visittamworth.com.
• Legal obligations
www.visittamworth.com may be required by law to disclose information provided by you to www.visittamworth.com or the purposes of obtaining products or services from visittamworth.com
www.visittamworth.com may also disclose information against someone who poses a threat to www.visittamworth.com interests (such as customer fraud) or whose activities could cause harm to others.

Validity of Rates
Accommodation costs are for room only and do not include transfer or breakfast cost unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of the Australian Goods and Services Tax. Prices over accommodation block out periods may alter from the prices advertised. Contact us for further details. Deposits
Payment is due within 72 hours of receiving written confirmation from the Tamworth Visitor Centre. Please proceed to our "Secure Payment" form to submit credit card details.
Cancellation Policy
Whilst we provide a Free Booking Service, cancellations of Confirmed bookings (where payment has been made) will attract a 10% (inc. GST) charge. Administration fee is in addition to the Cancellation Fee of the Service Provider/Operator. We reserve the right to offer alternative accommodation/tour of a similar standard in the case of the accommodation/tour operator overbooking their property or for any reason beyond our control.
Tours
These operators reserve the right to alter itineraries at any time as a result of fire, flood, extreme weather conditions or any other circumstance beyond their control.
