Tourism Tamworth Ticket Sales Terms & Conditions
This service is designed to provide you with an easy and accessible means of purchasing tickets online, to a range of concerts and events throughout the year.
Tickets can be purchased in three ways:
Online through this service, via Credit Card (Mastercard & Visa). Please note. We do not accept American Express or Bankcard
By phoning Tourism Tamworth on 02 6767 5300, or
Over the counter at the Tamworth Visitor Information Centre (Cnr Peel & Murray Streets, Tamworth).
Please note. A maximum of 10 tickets per concert transaction can be purchased online (ie. 10 tickets per concert per customer)

Tickets sold through Tourism Tamworth are subject to the following:
There are no refunds or exchanges on any tickets. If a refund is made, Tourism Tamworth may, to the extent permitted by law, retain any service or like fee it has charged.
Customers are informed of these booking conditions when purchasing tickets over the telephone, via the Internet, or in person at the Visitor Information Centre. A booking can only be confirmed once the customer has agreed to these conditions.
However, refunds are considered for unforeseen circumstances such as illness or death in which a medical or death certificate must be provided. In the case of a refund being granted, Tourism Tamworth is entitled to retain 10% of the total ticket purchase to cover printing and processing costs.
Tickets must be returned five (5) days prior to the event taking place and Tourism Tamworth will retain the $1.00 booking fee.
No cash refunds will be issued; refunds will be made by cheque, after the event has taken place. In the case of the Country Music Festival, only once the Festival has officially ended will refunds be considered.
